Definitions
- Company means ArumStores, the operator of arumstores.com.
- Website means ArumStores, accessible at https://arumstores.com.
- Service means the website and related services.
- Products means all items sold through the website.

Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of our service signifies your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the service.
Ordering Products
Product Information
- We do our best to display accurate product information, including images, descriptions, and prices.
- Actual product colors may differ slightly from images, depending on the display you are using.
- We reserve the right to update product information, prices, and promotions without prior notice.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Thai Baht (THB).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
Shipping
- We will ship products to the address you provide.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to external factors.
- Risk transfers to you when products are handed to the courier.
Product Warranty
- Our products are warranted for the period stated in the “Warranty” row of each product’s spec table (currently 1–3 years depending on the model).
- Products with no warranty period listed in the spec table — accessories, profiles, end caps, connectors, wiring, glue and consumables — are not covered by the warranty.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- A unit supplied as a warranty replacement carries the remaining term of the original unit; the warranty period does not restart.
- If a model is discontinued or out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or higher-specification model.
- Faults must be reported within 30 days of being noticed and while the product is still within its warranty term.
- The warranty belongs to the buyer named on the proof of purchase and is not transferable.
- If a product sent in for inspection is found not to be covered, shipping in both directions is at the customer’s expense, and we will always quote any cost before proceeding.
- Lifetime Service (on-site technician visits) is a paid optional service and is not part of the warranty. The free send-back claim route is always available.

Returns & Refunds
- Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in unused, original condition.
- Cut-to-length or custom-made products are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
- The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the products you purchased.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the website — including images, text, and logos — is the property of ArumStores.
- Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us through the channels below.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
