Installation
ARUM’s own installers, anywhere in Thailand
Our installers work with strip lighting every day. They check the products and parts suit the site before fitting, work to the agreed scope, and show you how to use it when they’re done.
- ✓ Survey fee confirmed before the visit; the job is quoted before we start
- ✓ Choose a package — workmanship warranty depends on the package
- ✓ Workmanship warranty is separate from the product warranty and stated on the quote

Based on distance from our warehouse, confirmed before we book

Example: Bangkok, 45 km from our warehouse = ฿500 + (45 − 30) × ฿20 = ฿800
We work out the distance and confirm the fee before booking. If you go ahead with the installation, the survey fee comes off the job price.

Strip lighting carries 2 years or more depending on the model; power supplies and controllers have their own terms. Claims come straight to us.

Lifetime Service sends a technician to fix it on site, from ฿850 (Bangkok). Repairs by our technicians are guaranteed for 90 days.
